PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant diagnostic device which can shorten the time needed for analyses of the internal and external environments of a plant and the work site states, can quickly show the reform plans for these analysis points, and also can enable even an unskilled worker to perform the plant diagnosis. SOLUTION: The check items set for analyses of the internal and external environments of a plant and the work site states are classified in every function system and stored in a function system file 4 of a storage 14. In the function system of 'transport', for example, the check item 'long transport distance', etc., is stored in the case of 'transport machine available'. An analyzer extracts the check items that are suited to the plant to be analyzed out of those check items and evaluates the extracted items in five grades. Based on these evaluation value, an arithmetic unit 10 grasps the present state points of the plant and extracts the reform plans against these points out of those plans that are stored in a reform plan master file 5 of the storage 14 and also decides the priority of reform. The extracted reform plans are displayed on a display device 16 together with the decided priority. In such a constitution, the analysis time can be shortened and the reform plans can be quickly shown against the analysis points. |
