<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically turn off a fluorescent tube when the lifetime of the fluorescent tube is used up and it starts to flash. SOLUTION: In the case where a fluorescent tube 22 is flashed after the predetermined time is passed from the time of turning on a lighting switch 16, an emission lowering detecting unit 10 detects the flash, and sets a relay so as to disconnect the supply of the power source voltage to the fluorescent tube 22. During the time when the switch 16 is turned off, the relay is automatically set. The relay can be set by a reset switch 12.</p> |
