<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cable insulating connection part which prevents a separating and insulating layer from flowing out at the time of heating and crosslinking and thereby preserves the shape of a separating section of the separating and insulating layer and which has a good adhesion between the separating and insulating layer and an outside semiconductive layer, etc. SOLUTION: A polyethylene composite with a cross linking agent is injection- molded on a conductor connection 9 of a CV cable 8 and thereby a spindle-like insulating and reinforcing body 11 is formed. From the top of the insulating and reinforcing body 11 down to outside semiconductive layers 12 of a cable, an outside semiconductive layer 13 is formed by contraction of a coating of an external contraction tube. By winding a insulating tape which is made of polyethylene, etc., of a density 0.92-0.95g/cm<2> around the outside semiconductive layer 13, a separating and insulating layer 14 is formed. Furthermore, a second outside semiconductive layer 15 is formed by contraction of a coating of an external contraction tube on the separating and insulating layer 14. All these sections are crosslinked and adhered into one body by heating.</p> |
