<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably write/read an analog signal ranging to a long time by constituting a partial polarization state mixing a domain having a first directional polarization with the domain having a second directional polarization. SOLUTION: When a specified voltage is applied to two electrodes of a ferroelectric substance capacitor 1 constituted of two electrodes consisting of platinum, etc., and a ferroelectric substance thin film inserted between these electrodes, the polarization amount of the ferroelectric substance thin film shows a non-linear change. A pulse generation circuit 2 is connected to the ferroelectric substance capacitor 1, and the ferroelectric substance thin film is polarized sufficiently negatively by a pulse having a pulse width We and a size Ve, and then, the pulse having the pulse width Ww and the size Vw is applied. By such a constitution, by forming the remarkably stable partial polarization state, the analog signal is written/read stably ranging to a long time.</p> |
