Method of forming glass fibre bitumen road surface

The method involves treating the glass fibres with an emulsion of bitumen. A dispersing alkaline is sprayed onto the fibres. The fibres are treated at the moment they are cut or disposed in the mixture or binder. The dispersal alkaline sprayed onto the fibres is comprised of between 0.5 and 10 percent by weight. The fibres are cut up using rollers to selected length and projected onto the road surface mixed with a granular matrix.
