PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray device in which the measurement can be extremely easily and precisely performed when the intensity distribution of Debye rings of the diffracted X-ray stored in a two-dimensional X-ray detector is determined. SOLUTION: In this X-ray device, a two-dimensional X-ray detector 2 is exposed to the X-ray diffracted by a sample 1 to form Debye rings D1, D2 by the diffracted X-ray in the two-dimensional X-ray detector 2. This X-ray device has the two-dimensional X-ray detector 2 wound into a cylindrical form, and the X-ray detector 2 is arranged so that the central axial line L of the cylindrical form is conformed to the optical axis RL of the incident X-ray on the sample 1. When the stimulable phosphor 2 is flatly developed after X-ray photographing, the Debye rings D1, D2 are enveloped to linear X-ray images. The intensity distribution of the linear X-ray images can be extremely easily read, compared with a ring X-ray image. |
