SOLUTION: The communication equipment is made up of a wired transmission reception section 12 sending/receiving wired data, a radio transmission reception section 11 sending/receiving radio data, a data generating section 13 generating a radio or a wired communication message at need, and a control section 14 controlling the operation of the radio transmission reception section 11. Then the control section 14 is made up of an intermittent timing means 15, a link establish means 17 started by the intermittent timing means 15 to set up a link for radio communication and a data slot generating means 16 generating a data slot to send/receive data in response to the communication condition with setup link.
