PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate transfer processing and to immediately give information of the incoming transfer to a recipient by providing a transfer processing function and a message managing means. SOLUTION: An automatic paying and receiving transaction device 1 reads information stored in a finance card 3 and a transfer card 4 inserted from a card insertion and return port 2a and transmits the piece of information to a host computer 20 through a private line 21. A customer service part 13 displays each information on the banking facility name, the office name and the recipient of a transfer destination, the transferring amount, etc. Continually, transfer processing from the account of a transferring person, e.g. is selected. Next a subject message such as celebration is selected and a word message is inputted and displayed. As transfer processing, an instructed amount is reduced from the account of the transferring person and the same amount is added to the recipient's account. The recipient whose amount data of the saving in his account is updated is given information of the incoming of the transfer. This output can be printed as a note in a bankbook. |
