<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the monitoring system which diagnoses the abnormal vibrations, displays the estimated cause on a CRT together with output of an alarm against occurrence of an abnormal vibration, secures the accurate monitoring through the screen display, and also improves the working efficiency in a vibration monitoring system for an auxiliary machine of a power plant, etc. SOLUTION: An acceleration sensor 5 and a velocity sensor 6 are attached to an auxiliary machine to be monitored to detect the vibrations of the auxiliary machine as the acceleration and velocity signals respectively. The acceleration signal undergoes the FFT processing by a dynamic signal analyzer 3 via an auxiliary machine sound detection device 1 of a sound detection monitoring part 20. The abnormality of the acceleration signal is diagnosed by a computer 4. The estimated cause of abnormality is displayed on a CRT 7 and an alarm is outputted to the computer 4. When the velocity signal is converted into a displacement signal by an auxiliary machine vibration monitoring device 2 of a vibration monitoring part 30 and exceeds a set level, an alarm is outputted to an alarm display panel 10.</p> |
