PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To treat screen data in both equal and hierarchical ways by collecting together the screen data which are related to each other. SOLUTION: A memory 13 stores plural screen data which form the screens of a display 10, and these screen data are selected by the input operations carried out by the switch groups 11a and 11b or the external signal that is inputted via a communication interface 12. An individual screen identification code ID is given to each of screen data, and code ID is composed of an assigned code GID that is given in common to the screen data groups related to each other and an individual code IID that discriminates the screen data from each other among those screen data groups to which the same code GID is given. The input operations and the external signal designate the code ID to select the necessary screen data respectively.
