<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display having transparent electrode of low resistance, and especially, to provide a liquid crystal display using a plastic substrate which is lightweight and excellent in portability. SOLUTION: This liquid crystal display has such an ITO film 7 or 14 comprising an amorphous phase of ITO(indium Tin oxide) prepared by adding tin oxide to indium oxide and ITO crystal particles dispersed in the amorphous phase. The particle size of the ITO crystal particles dispersed is <=200nm. The dispersion density of the ITO crystal particles per the area of the transparent electrode film is <=30 (particles/μm<2> ) or the liquid crystal display having 14.</p> |
