<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical coupler having a small size and excellent heat resistance. SOLUTION: A pair of electrode patterns 15a and 15b are provided on one side of a polyimide film 14, and three electrode patterns 15c, 15d, 15e are provided at the other. The electrodes provided on the light emitting surface of a light emitting element 12 are stuck to the patterns 15a, 15b by conductive adhesive 16, and the light emitting surface is directly opposed to the film 14. The electrodes provided on the light receiving surface of the element 13 are stuck to the other electrode patterns 15c, 15d, 15e by conductive adhesive 17, and the light receiving surface is opposed directly to the film 14. The elements 12, 13 are contained in a light shielding resin case 11, and molded by light shielding epoxy resin moldings 18, 19.</p> |
