<p>A coffee extracting apparatus comprises an extractor (20) for a coffee liquid, a receiver-decanter (30) capable of holding water for extraction, receiving the coffee liquid into a cup or the like, a circulation passage (50) and a circulating pump (60) for conveying a liquid in the receiver-decanter (30) and pouring the same into the extractor (20), a circulating water heater (70), and a control unit (90). The control unit (90) drives the circulating pump (60) for a predetermined period of time (T1) for circulating of the liquid when a water supply and extraction switch (11) is on, and turns on the circulation water heater (70) for a limited period of time (T0) in the beginning of operation whereby heated water of high temperature is poured for the limited period of time (T0) in the beginning of operation and thereafter non-heated water is poured.</p> |
