PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability, reduce cost of a molding metal mold, and simplify a molding cycle. SOLUTION: Since cord integral parts 27 integrally formed with an inserting part 21 and a contact part 22 and cords 3 are integrally molded, there is no need to insert the cords 3 into a grommet 200 and to wind a tape round the cords 3 and the grommet 200. Workability is improved by this extent. Since there is no need to form a tubular cord inserting part, a sliding metal mold can be obviated, and cost of a molding metal mold can be reduced by this extent, and a molding cycle can also be simplified. In addition to this, since an inside cavity part 28 to give elasticity is arranged in the inserting part 21 or the contact part 22, elasticity for watertight installation on a car body 1 is not impaired. |
