Detachable connector for wooden components butted against one another

The connector has a connecting element (2), and a tensioning element (1) which is inserted into one of two wooden components (BT1,BT2), which are to be joined. One end of the connecting element engages in the tensioning element in one component. The other end of the connecting element can be inserted into a second tensioning element in a second component, or can engage directly into the component. The tensioning element is a disc with an eccentric opening, and has a slit in its end wall which is symmetrical about a diameter of the disc, and which has a longitudinal axis which is roughly normal to the diameter. The latter passes through the centre of the opening and the slit. The connecting element has an anchoring spigot at each end of its central section, in order to engage in an opening in a component or in a tensioning element.
