Continuously operating air sieve

The air sieve has a fine material hopper (5) and a coarse material shaft (7) with nozzles (4) set underneath the sieve face in the fine material hopper. At least two nozzles (4) are locally fixed across the conveyor direction of the vibrating conveyor channel (1,2) to direct an oscillating air stream onto the sieve face (1). The air stream of adjoining groups of nozzles may have a phase displacement of 90 degs. The frequency of the oscillating air stream may be as variable as is its direction from the nozzles. The nozzles can be slit nozzles. The vibrating amplitude of the vibratory drive (3) is adjustable.
