Water turbine with elastic rubber blades

The water turbine with elastic blades has the blades manufactured from rubber supported by a spring steel core. The core has a profile designed to curve for the operating point, and is fixed in a groove at the end of the traverse via two recessed rivets. The rubber and steel parts are connected permanently together via a vulcanisation process. An internally located blade ring is curved in the desired direction via bolts, which locate in longitudinal holes at the end of the blades.
