Pneumatic valve with integrated pressure booster

The valve has a chamber (9), which is connected to preferably similar inlet (7) and outlet (12) channels by openings (10,11). The area of the valve opening (10) is smaller than that of the chamber, and the opening is located centrally. A first side of a flexible wall (8) which forms an airtight seal is arranged so that if deflected towards the opening, the latter is covered completely. A pressure chamber (5) is formed between the other side of the wall and the valve housing (17), and is connected to the inlet channel by a nozzle (6) in the housing and a connecting channel (14). It has a sealing nozzle (2) which is arranged centrally on the opposite side from the flexible wall, and whose area is smaller than that of the pressure chamber. This nozzle connects the chamber to an outlet chamber (3), which has an external opening (4) in the housing, and has a rim (13) which projects into the latter chamber.
