Arranging conductive tracks on semiconductor component surface

In the conductive track (4) arrangement are defined first prohibited regions (1) on the semiconductor component surface. The conductive tracks are located on a path lying outside of, or at the edge of the prohibited regions. Second prohibited regions are defined on the semiconductor component surface and are formed by extending the first prohibited regions. The extension of the latter is not realised in the same manner in each direction. Pref. the extension is carried out by two values, one in coordinate directions (X,Y) and the second one in direction (a,b), not orthogonal to the first ones.
