Exhaust system for motorcycle

The motorcycle has an oil sump (29) with a circumferential wall section, forming part of the sump side. The side surface is at an inclination, which decreases in size downwards in direction of the motorcycle body. The oil sump thus forms an approximately V-shape, with the side surface extending parallel to an associated angular lateral inclination line of the body. Two front exhaust collection sections (13,14) are located in a space, which is formed by the inclined side surface of the oil sump and the associated angular lateral inclination line.
