Device for manufacturing spring blades

The device has a spring blade formed from a heated blade of a spring material by bending it at its centre using two pairs of cooperating rollers (5,6). Also used is a rounded deformation edge (4) displaced perpendicular to the transport direction of the blade between the roller pairs. One pair of rollers (5) are fixed while the other roller pair (6) can be displaced in the direction of the first roller pair for clamping the outer edges of the blade during its deformation.
