A method of water treatment comprising leading untreated water to a first ozone mixer (5), applying a magnetic force to the water and at the same time injecting thereinto ozone from a first ozonizer (4) to cause oxidizable material to be oxidized and aggregated, removing the resultant aggregate in a first filter (6), leading the resultant untreated water to a second ozone mixer (8), applying a magnetic force to the water and at the same time injecting thereinto ozone from a second ozonizer (7), passing the resultant water through a reactor (9) packed with activated carbon, and removing the resultant aggregate from the water in a second filter (10).
