The preparation of rubber-based invisible ink for detecting the flowness of the tire side part, which is characterized by being visible only UV irradiation while being incapable of identifying the coated ink with an exterior view is provided. The raw rubber is natural rubber and butadiene rubber, the amount to be used being 20 to 60 percent by weight of natural rubber and 40 to 80 percent by weight of butadiene rubber respectively. Compounding agent comprises carbon black, activator, sticking agent, antiaging agent, sulphur and vulcanizing promoter. Carbon black is mixed in an amount of 5 to 30 phr to prevent blockage of UV ray scattering of fluorescent dye to be added. The raw rubber and compounding agent are mixed for 5 to 15 minutes, the mixed compounding rubber is dipped in low volatile solvent for 12 to 48 hours to age the rubber, and then fluorescent dye such as 2,5-bis(5-tetrabutyl-2-benzoxazolyl)thiopene is added in an amount of 30 to 50 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of raw rubber to provide invisible ink. |
