PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide optical articles adequate for mounting on the front surface of a liquid crystal display plate (LCD), cathode ray tube of a television or computer and other display screens, etc., and a more specific process for producing the same. SOLUTION: Antireflection films satisfying the following requirements (1), (2), (3) are formed on the surface layers of one or both surfaces of a base material consisting of a plastic film or sheet. (1) The film or sheet is sized to include a rectangular shape of 230×300m therein. (2) The surface reflectivity does not exceeds 1% in a visible ray region of a range of a wavelength of 450 to 650nm. (3) The color difference at the arbitrarily selected two points of distances of >=210mm within the film or sheet surface is <2.50 and the difference in the surface reflectivity measured at a wavelength 520nm is <0.1%. |
