PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antireflection filter which is used for a display screen, such as CRT display and liquid crystal display, has a high stainproof property and sustains the effect for long. SOLUTION: An antireflection film consisting of the layer of an inorg. compd. and a layer consisting of a silane compd. of the number average mol.wt. 5×10<2> to 1μ10<5> expressed by the formula are formed on at least one surface of a film or sheet consisting of a transparent base material. In the formula, Rf denotes 1 to 16C straight chain or branched perfluoroalkyl group; X denotes a iodine atom or hydrogen atom; Y denotes a hydrogen atom or lower alkyl group; Z denotes a fluorine atom or trifluoromethyl group; R denotes a hydrolyzable group; R<2> denotes a hydrogen atom or inert univalent org. group; a, b, c, d denote an integer from 0 to 200; (e) denotes 0 or 1; (m) and (n) denote an integer from 0 to 2; (p) denotes an integer form 1 to 10. |
