Weakly superconductor Josephson contact of high temp. surge

The Josephson contact is made of a superconductive, metal oxide material, such as Y-Ba-Cu-O, 200 nm thick, with a high temp. surge. The weak location is formed by ion implantation. The power duct is formed within the thin film. The superconductive film is deposited onto a substrate, such as SrTiO3. The power duct is preferably located directly under the film surface. The power duct is typically formed by multiple ion or particle implantation, using different energies on particle types. Deep temp. superconductive material may be used.
