The coil terminal pins (2) are oriented transversely to the coil's longitudinal axis (S,S') in the terminal pin carrier (111), and the annular yoke housing (3) contains a annular yoke sleeve or casing (32) which encloses the coil (1) along its length and which contains the perforation (311,321).
