The building has double-wall structure, for the roof, floor and/or outer wall including at least one surface section (21) at the inner shell for heat emission, made of glass, metal or other material with high thermal conductivity. The spaces (11-13,15-17) between the shells are divided by slides (18,19) into sub-systems each giving a circuit for the heat carrier medium. Each sub-system has at least one surface area (21) for heat emission. The double-wall structure is an assembly of hollow beams, each with a hollow passage, or each shell is of hollow beams with building rods round their passages. The hollow beam passages are interlinked by lateral drillings for the heat carrier medium flow, to form a channel network. The inner and outer shells, and the hollow beam building rods are of an inorganic material, and preferably a geopolymer material including aerated concrete, ceramic or other foamed or unfoamed materials. The inner and outer shells are adhesive bonded together to form the building.
