<p>A component additive for an aluminum alloy, obtained by pressure molding a mixed composition of pulverized bodies comprising 10-25 wt. % of Al, 1-5 wt. % of at least one kind of substance selected from KCl, KF, KAlF4, K2AlF5, K3AlF6, K2SiF6, KBF4, K2CO3, K2SO4 and KNO3, not more than 10 wt. % of C2Cl6 which is contained in some cases, and one kind of substance selected from Cr, Mn and Fe for the rest; and a component additive for an aluminum alloy, comprising the above-mentioned composition wherein the above-mentioned aluminum comprises foil of pulverized bodies obtained by cutting recovered scrap or industrial waste, such as aluminum construction materials, cans, foil, laminated foil and chips, placing the resultant product in a heating furnace and burning or carbonizing combustible materials other than aluminum, crushing the resultant product, and sieving and recovering a metal only of a particle size of not more than 2 mm from the crushed product, the above-mentioned Cr, Mn and Fe comprising pulverized metal bodies of a particle size of not more than 1 mm.</p> |
