<p>A hydraulic actuator (1) for supplying a hydraulic fluid under pressure to a hydraulically-actuated apparatus (2). The actuator (1) includes a housing member (25) that has a fluid reservoir (32) therein and a plunger chamber (27) in fluid communication with the reservoir (32) and the hydraulically-actuated apparatus (2). A plunger member (26) is reciprocatingly received within the plunger chamber (27) such that when a linear force is applied thereto, said plunger member (26) forces an amount of hydraulic fluid under pressure to the hydraulically-actuated apparatus (2).</p> |
