<p>The appts includes a thermally conductive base with a number of channels defined. The base adapted to be positioned in contact with a heat source. An initial flow of fluid is generated. A baffle is positioned in the initial flow of fluid so as to create a first flow of fluid and a second flow of fluid. The first flow of fluid is directed against the base. The second flow of fluid is directed into the channels. The first flow directing device is adapted to advance the first flow of fluid against the number of fins so as to form a quantity of spent fluid. The quantity of spent fluid is advanced into the number of channels, and the second flow directing device is adapted to force the quantity of spent fluid out of the number of channels.</p> |
