converting an encyclopedia(10) to a completion code(20) and substituting(30) with error correction of the code and a special character; completing a mark-up encyclopedia(60) by mark-up(50) in order to use the completion code encyclopedia(40) easily; removing Chinese character(70) for an encyclopedia(80) which does not need Chinese character, and performing code conversion(90) in the form of mixing as to the mark-up result, and completing a mixing encyclopedia(100); and making an information file(130) by the first and the second routine.
