A manufacturing method for a eletrolytic thin film including a lithium ion of activated element perfoming discoloration action by an electric signal is disclosed. The manufacturing method for a electrolytic thin film comprises the steps of creating a first solution by dissolving a perchloride of solid state into a propylene carbonate of liquid state with a predetermined mol concentration, crating a viscosity solution by dissolving polyethylene oxide into the first solution, and evaporating the propylene carbonate by loading the teflon plate on which the viscosity solution is evenly coated a vacuum chamber and maintaining for a predetermined time. Thus, the reversible discoloration speed by the electric signal for the electrocromic display system can be icreased.
