The proposed method of obtaining a molecular soluble keratin "Keratan" involves the use of water with a salts content of not more than 500 mg/l for preparing solutions and in the process of separating out the biologically active material. After drying and sterilisation, the "keratan" with a maximum particle size of 1 mm is used.
