Provided is a personal computer system having a key board comprising a mouse port. The system comprises a mouse, a key board, an IBM compatible PS/2 key board port and key board/mouse interface. In the key board having a mouse port where the mouse is connected, input signal transmitting paths of the mouse and key board are connected to one PS/2 key board port. The key board/mouse interface separates the signals from the PS/2 key board port as a mouse signal and a key board signal. Thereby, the user can install and use the mouse and key board in more convenience.
