<p>New heterocyclic compounds having general formula (I), wherein R<3> is (a), or (b), wherein R' is H, C1-6-alkyl or C3-7-cycloalkyl; -B- is -C(R'')=N- or -N=C(R'')-. Or, wherein R'' is a cyclic amine or -NR'''R'''', wherein R''' and R'''' independently are H, C1-6-alkoxy, C3-7-cycloalkyl or C1-6-alkyl. The compounds are useful in psychoparmaceutical preparations as anticonvulsants, anxiolytics, hypnotics and in improving the cognitive function of the brain of mammals.</p> |
