Device for handling cork-agglomerate sheets used for supplying, in real time, sheets of cork agglomerate stacked on pallets to various machines, such as sanding machines, replacing operators who currently introduce the sheets by hand. The handling device consists essentially of a carriage 1 which has freedom of vertical movement along an axis BB, which axis in turn has horizontal freedom of movement. A pallet 2 with two rows of sheets 3 is placed at the start of the machine 4, the handling device "grabs" the sheet by means of suction cups 5 subjected to a vacuum and, after it has been verified that the sheets are secure, horizontal movement of the axis BB takes place so that it is placed above the supply zone of the machine 4 and then the carriage 1 descends as far as 2 cm from the mat of the machine 4, at which height the vacuum is cut off and the sheet falls onto the entry mat of the machine 4. In order to initiate a new cycle, it will suffice to follow the path in reverse. <IMAGE>
