A non-slidable element is provided through which the amount and color of ink present in a transparent cylindrical support wrapping can be viewed. A tubular body (1), which is to be assembled on a support portion of a transparent cylindrical support wrapping, is formed using a transparent synthetic polyolefin resin or a polypropylene or polyethylene resin. The tubular body (1) comprises an intermediate portion (3) having a minimum diameter in the longitudinal direction of an outer surface thereof.
