The invention relates to the new biological active substances from the class of the co-ordinative combinations of the transitional metalls with hydrazones, and can be applied in medicine and in microbiology in the creation of the nutritive selective media. The summary of the invention consists in receiving a new biological active co-ordinative combination, in particular di((mju)-O)- di£N-(2-oxo-1-naphthal)-N'-(alfa)-oxobenzalhydrazinecopper| dihydrate, which possesses selective antimicrobic activities. The technical result of the invention consists in the fact, that the antimicrobic activity of the proposed complex concerning the Staphylococcus bacteria is increasing in comparison with its prototype non less than 129 times, but to the Escherihia (intestinal) bacilli is remaining at the same level.
