The invention refers to a therapeutical composition for topical application, containing at least a product with an inflammatory side effect, a P substance antagonist to reduce or even to eliminate said inflammatory effect. It also refers to the use of a P substance antagonist for the preparation of a pharmaceutical composition for topical application containing at least a product with an inflammatory side effect or even to eliminate said inflammatory effect. The P substance antagonist may be a peptide compound or a compound having nitrogen or a heterocyclic compound containing nitrogen, sulphur or oxygen.
