The present invention discloses a continuous process for the manufacture of alkali-metal persalt solid particles by an aqueous solution reaction of hydrogen peroxide with an alkali-metal salt aqueous solution, and crystallization of persalt formed in a classifying crystallizer comprising a persalt crystal forming and growing stirring zone, a non-stirring solution clarification zone and an elutriation classification zone in a liquid stream extracted from particles obtained at the clarification zone. It is further disclosed an installation to manufacture said particles.
