The invention refers to an arrangement in an actuating equipment (2) for an ultrasound-sealing unit (1). Actuating equipment is of the type consisting of a number of ceramic, piezoelectric plates (3) with metallic, conductive, interjacent sheets (4), connected to an a.c. source. Actuating equipment (2) additionally consists of a counterweight (5) and a fastening screw (6). Fastening screw (6) jointly maintains under certain pre-stress ceramic plates (3), metallic sheets (4), and counterweight (5). Besides, fastening screw (6) fixedly secures actuating equipment (2) in sealing unit (1). Sealing unit (1) comprises a homogeneous body (13), consisting of reaction bodies (7) that encompass actuating equipment, a nodal plane (10) with a steady support edge (11), and a tip (8) with a narrow, elongated sealing surface (9). Arrangement, according to the present invention, consists of a gasket (12) thus placed, constituting a separator (H) between sealing unit (1) body (13) and ceramic plates (3). Gasket (12) allows ultrasound-sealing unit (1) oscillation, but prevent residual, inflectional stresses from reach actuating unit (2). Gasket (12) space dimension (H) can be selected to govern or manage sealing unit (1) amplitude at a predetermined, preselected amplitude. |
