SUBSTANCE: bullet has a subcaliber metal body of a cylindrical shape made integral with the tail piece, and a polyethylene wad-stabilizer fitted on the tail piece with an interference. Reliable joint of the wad-stabilizer with the bullet body is ensured due to the fact that the tail piece is made in the form of a truncated cone. The edges of the tail piece end face are chamfered, and the taper angle makes up 0.6 to 1.0 deg. The tail piece is contracted and forms a cavity with the wad-stabilizer.
