The switch has terminals which are fed out to the sides from the housing wall parallel to the circuit board (2). The terminals come into contact with the surface of the circuit board (2) for soldering. The terminals are bent parallel to the housing wall downwards to the circuit board (2) and are fed along a housing edge (3.1) in the form of a projection. The end section (6.1) is bent outwards and downwards in a continuous curve. Preferably the terminals (6) are bent downwards perpendicularly and the end section (6.1) makes a point contact with the circuit board (2). The housing edge (3.1) in the base region of the housing is preferably spaced from the surface of the circuit board (2).
