Transmitter with self-synchronised planar oscillators

The transmitter arrangement has an antenna structure with which the phase relationship of the radiated electromagnetic waves can be adjusted. The antenna structure has resonator characteristics and combines with a monolithic integrated active component to form a self-radiating oscillator. Two or more linear, polarised self-radiating oscillators are arranged on a substrate and are coupled without wires such that the phase relations of the individual oscillators are set one below the other by mutual injection synchronisation of their radiating fields.
