Line connector and fastener for car main current lines

The connector comprises an insulating fastening plate with securing elements to the car and several couplers for the main current lines. The couplers are interconnected by line bridges rated for currents above 30 A. At least one line bridge contains a fuse interrupting the current flow, an overcurrent. Pref. the line bridges are a metal strip (9), with the fuse formed by a melting strip (10) with a section acting as a melting zone (11) with a reduced cross-section. Typically the couplers are in the form of threaded bolts (4), to which can be clamped the end eyelets of the metal or melting strips by nuts (7).
