Compressed video data transmission method

The method includes the steps of digitizing a first image data from a transmitter as a reference image. The data of a following image are digitizing and comparing with the reference image, to determine the image differences. The image differences are sorted in a priority list, according to the perceptual image information. The image differences are transmitted to a receiver in order of their priority, and the actual image at the receiver and transmitter is updated.
