The system has markings applied on its visible surface. A pointer (12) rotationally located assigned to the markings (13) is adjustable by hand. It can be arrested in indicating positions provided for indication. The pointer is fitted at a rotary knob (23), which is inserted in an opening in a wall (5) carrying the markings. The opening in the wall has a ring type collar (7), which is locked in a recess (15) at the periphery of the rotary knob. The collar or the knob has an annular surface, formed from projections and recesses (22), successively alternating, which forms a lock stop, designed with a projection (18) at the rotary knob or collar, lockable in the recesses.
