Cigarette with cigarette paper wrapper

The wrapper (12) is designed as a parallelogram with angles other than 90 deg and consists of cigarette paper to which the tobacco is applied (14) to a layer thickness equal to the radius of a rolled smoking object (10). In this case, the layer thickness of the as-yet unsmokable object (10) is undulated at right angles to its long sides (22,24), using cigarette paper, tobacco leaf or reconstituted tobacco. The tobacco is applied to one side only of the wrapper. A narrow glue strip is applied to the outer edge of one long side of the wrapper alongside the tobacco. A filter strip is also laid along the outside edge of one of the narrow sides of the wrapper and the object as such can be supplemented by a filter plug etc.
