FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves placing drain member into the abdomen through the laparotomy wound. Peritoneum parietal and aponeurosis are separately sutured with interrupted sutures up to the drain. U-shaped provisional antibacterial thread suture is stitched over the aponeurosis around the drain. Its ends are pushed out through the skin perforation hole and knot is made on the laying. Other layers of the anterior abdominal wall is sutured in usual way. After taking the drain from the wound away, the suture knot is untied, both ends are pulled together to make a knot that is automatically immersed under the skin. Medical glue of sulfacrylate is introduced into the residual canal. EFFECT: prevented cases of postoperative ventral hernia and purulent and inflammatory complications.
